My husband and I are researching family, due to a recent loss in his family. While using a family search website, I have discovered I am descended from Valentine Hollingsworth Sr. A link on that site enabled me to find Hollingsworth Hall. Very exciting news but a bit late for me. We lived in England from 2000 - 2003. It would have been nice to know about it then. But as my husband is English and my mother-in-law still lives there, she will have to investigate for me. I grew up in Oil City, PA. My great-grandmother was Jessie Buck Hollingsworth married to Cecil. My grandfather was Donald Hollingsworth their 3 eldest son. Thank you for this site and encouraging my forage into my family's past!

I enjoyed browsing the website. I'm a descendant of Valentine Hollingsworth. We have kind of a commemorative table for him every reunion. I did a little bit of research on Hollingworth Hall before but it's good to know in a little bit more detail. My grandfather's name is Charles Henry, his father's name is Henry, and his
oldest son's (my father) name is Waylon Henry. So we've kind of passed down the Henry name, as I plan to do with my own son. It's good to know family history though. Makes me a bit proud.

Hello,
Born in TN as a Hollingsworth.
Also a descendant of Valentine Hollingsworth.
My Father and Grandfather are also Hollingsworth. My Grandfather did extensive research about our family tree.
I kept my maiden name, now my Son is a Hollingsworth and can carry on the family name.

Hello would love to know how the Hollingsworth Family & Heiser are related ,
My Mother's side of the family was Heiser her great grandfather was John Heiser from Lincoln COunty Lincoln Ks
My mother's grandmother was Emilia Sophia Heiser Allen she married Robert Eugene Allen in the last 1800's and had 5 children Arthur(my mom's father )Hattie,Earl& Elmer (they were twins and Edith
